About
I’m Hazim elhag a Sudanese photographer, filmmaker, who’s passionate about capturing stories through light, color, and emotion. I started my journey in photography over a decade ago and have since worked on everything from portraits and events to documentary and creative projects.
After earning my B.Sc. in English Language and a Mini MBA from the University of Khartoum, I founded Light Photography Services Office in 2014 — a space where art, technology, and storytelling come together. In 2019, I expanded my creative path by studying filmmaking at Pixel Art Institute in India, which deepened my understanding of visual narrative and cinematic technique.
My work has been featured in 100 Arab Photographers Magazine and shortlisted for the HIPA Photography Award. I was also honored with the Tiharga International Award for Cinema and Art in 2016.
I’m proud to be part of the Arab Union of Photographers, and the Khartoum and Kassala Photography Clubs — communities that keep me inspired to keep learning, creating, and sharing visual stories that connect people and places.
